Our creative classes and workshops are designed to help young makers learn new skills, build confidence and let their imaginations run wild. From sewing and embroidery to textile art and imaginative themed projects, there’s always something exciting to make.

With weekly classes, holiday workshops and special creative sessions, children can learn at their own pace in a friendly, supportive environment where there are no wrong ideas — just plenty of opportunities to experiment, create and have fun.

Come and create, stitch and explore with Felicity Alice — where every child can make something uniquely their own.

Children's workshops are ​intentionally child-led and creative, and I guide them as much as possible,  rather than being a step-by-step class where every child is expected to produce the same finished item. All materials are provided for the activity shown, should they choose to create it. Children are encouraged to use their imagination to create their own ideas, characters and designs, and to work at their creative level and individual confidence. All Workshops are tailored to introduce and develop a range of practical textile skills; some include, but are not limited to, sewing machine basics, Fabric cutting and design, Simple construction, appliqué and embellishment and creative confidence and design skills.
