About the event

Learn and master a couture fashion technique widely used in fashion houses today. Together, we will explore classic and contemporary hand embroidery techniques. The outcome of the course is to know how to demonstrate a minimum of 5 stitch methods to monogram a variety of different alphabet letters. Monogramming is a fantastic way to personalise your own scarves, pillowcases, napkin and even socks – the list is endless. I will guide you every step of the way, from transfer through to the last stitch.

I will teach you basic and insider knowledge, tips and tricks that I have learnt whilst being in the fashion industry.

2 or 3 DMC or Anchor threads (colour of your choice – not metallic)

You will need:

A basic sewing kit to include embroidery needles, a threader, pins, embroidery scissors

A 7-inch embroidery hoop
