About the event
Looking for a screen-free and educational group for your kids after school? Stimulate your child's creativity with my Wearable Textiles after-school club! Perfect for kids 8 years and older, who want to learn how to sew or have a creative passion and enjoy making things.
A fun, creative afterschool club on Mondays, where your child can interact with people their own age too! Book with friends or meet new people.
Your child will develop and build upon pre-existing skills and knowledge, whilst learning the fundamentals of making wearable items.
Your child will learn
If not known the names and functions of the sewing machine
How to do the "perfect" stitch for their chosen project, with an array of fabric and stitch types.
